All support services are provided on the basis of pre-agreed terms with the client. This may be first or second-line support of our applications.

Our normal managed Help Desk service is available from 8.00am to 6.00pm. Qualified software engineers from AxSys, based at our office in Paisley, Scotland, are present during these hours to provide immediate technical response.
