MMM (Medicare Mucho Mas) Healthcare, Puerto Rico, have selected Excelicare as comprehensive clinical care platform to connect 5000 providers across the island of Puerto Rico.
The contract was signed in San Juan, Puerto Rico in May and as part of the agreement AxSys will deliver the complete Excelicare platform which includes a health information exchange, clinical data repository, ePrescribing, patient personal health record (PHR) and the Excelicare clinical application development environment.

California based Health Access Solutions, which offers provider organizations and payers a suite of industry-leading, Web-based solutions that enable meaningful use and support collaborative care, and AxSys Technology Ltd., a provider of patient-centric clinical solutions, today announced a strategic alliance that will bring to market a robust and comprehensive software platform to support clinical care collaboration.
The new offering enables physician organizations, hospitals, health systems, health plans and patients to connect and collaborate effectively. It measurably improves productivity, reduces costs, increases efficiency and helps improve clinical outcomes. Health Access Solutions will market the combined offering in the United States under the Access Express™ and Excelicare™ brands. The suite includes an electronic health record, electronic prescribing, personal health record, care management, authorizations, pre-certifications, case management, utilization management, clinical care guidelines, disease management and analytics. This extensive platform is underpinned by an integrated health information exchange framework for sharing of continuity of care documents (CCD) and management of referrals as well as secure messaging amongst patients and providers.

Barts and the London Dental Hospital and Barts and the London School of Medicine select Excelicare as the Dental Clinical Information System.
After a OJEU procurement, AxSys technology was selected as the preferred supplier to deliver Excelicare as the Clinical Information system for the Dental Hospital and School. The Dental Hospital and School at Barts and the London is one of 3 Schools (2 are Undergraduate 1 is postgraduate only The Eastman) in London (all are part of the University of London) and is one of the foremost Dental Institutes in terms of Research and Education, gaining RAE score of 5 or above and AQE of 23 or above (last score was 24/24 the maximum).
The Dental Hospital has a strong service reputation and serves a local population of approximately 280,000 people, but also serves the adjacent boroughs in the NE Sector. In Tower Hamlets there are 27 local high street practices all of whom carry out greater or lesser amounts of NHS dentistry.
It provides a comprehensive range of oral and dental services and supports the training of approximately 15% of the dental workforce in England. These activities are integrated across organisational boundaries and include for example:
Clinical training of dental students (undergraduates (79 per annum) and post graduates)
Clinical training of Dental Care Professionals
Team working
Mandatory continuing professional education and development
Specialist training
Clinical services for patients (primary, secondary and tertiary services)

California’s largest Independent Physician Association chooses Excelicare solution to enable meaningful use and support accountable care.
Based in San Jose, California, Santa Clara County Independent Physician Association (SCCIPA) links more than 800 physicians who practice independently throughout Santa Clara County. SCCIPA cares for more than 90,000 members of most major HMOs and Medicare Advantage plans, who can choose from 280 primary care physicians (practicing family practice, internal medicine and pediatrics) and more than 550 specialists. SCCIPA operates like a clinic without walls, linking patients and health plans with our established network of physicians, hospitals, lab, x-ray, physical therapy and other providers.
AxSys will be delivering the full Excelicare platform as part of the implementation and this will include a Health Information Exchange, a clinical data repository, ePrescribing, patient personal health record (PHR) and also comprehensive clinical care management modules.

AxSys sign contract to deliver Excelicare to North American Medical Management – California.
After a competitive procurement process Excelicare was chosen as the Health Information Exchange connecting 1500 providers and 7 hospitals in Southern California. The Excelicare platform will be deployed as a clinical data repository and will deliver a web based continuity of care document (CCD) on over 300,000 patients to 1500 providers based upon clinical data harvested from Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Laboratories, Hospitals and Radiology systems across the Inland Empire region of Southern California. Additionally, AxSys will also be delivering a Surescripts certified ePrescribing solution and a personal health record (PHR) based upon its Excelicare platform.

Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health in Canada has selected Excelicare as the platform to deliver a Public Health Information Management System (PHIMS).
The contract was won by CGI in collaboration with AxSys Technology Ltd. CGI is a Canadian-based global technology integrator and a market leader in delivering healthcare solutions in Canada.
