The Advanced Clinical Explorer (ACE) allows users to ‘explore’ clinical information gathered from the community. The composite view of summarized clinical information is dynamically constructed and presented in a clinically relevant structured format with hyperlinks to underlying details.
The Excelicare Semantic Mapper and Clinical Process Modeler enables the creation of a composite CCD document from a variety of data sources. A table of contents provides users with a quick summary of what is available in the CCD document along with hyperlinks to relevant sections.
Sections in the CCD provide summary information with hyperlinks provided to detailed information collected from external sources. Information displayed under section headings may be customized.
