AxSys has been contracted to deliver Excelicare to North American Medical Management in California. The Excelicare platform will be deployed as a clinical data repository on over 300,000 patients to 1500 providers, based on clinical data harvested from Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Laboratories, Hospitals and Radiology systems across the Inland Empire region of Southern California.
MMM (Medicare Mucho Mas) Healthcare, Puerto Rico, has selected Excelicare as a comprehensive clinical care platform to connect 5000 providers across the island of Puerto Rico. This includes a health information exchange, clinical data repository, ePrescribing, patient personal health record (PHR) and the Excelicare clinical application development environment.
SCCIPA (Santa Clara County Independent Physicians Association), one of California's largest independent healthcare networks with over 800 physicians, has signed a contract with AxSys Technology. AxSys, through its Excelicare solution - which gives physicians instant access to an electronic record carrying each patient's complete health record - will deploy a health information exchange (HIE), a SureScripts certified ePrescribing solution and a patient personal health record (PHR) as well as a suite of comprehensive clinical care management modules.
The result will be quicker, better, safer and less costly healthcare for around 60,000 patients in the San Francisco Bay area - home of Silicon Valley.
California based Health Access Solutions (www.hasinc.com) and AxSys have formed a strategic alliance that will bring to market a robust and comprehensive software platform to support clinical care collaboration. The new offering will enable physician organizations, hospitals, health systems, health plans and patients to connect and collaborate effectively. Health Access Solutions will market the combined offering in the United States under the Access Express™ and Excelicare™ brands.
