Senior Executive Team:
Dr. Pradeep Ramayya, MBBS FRCA, CEO of AxSys Technology, UK and AxSys HealthTech, India, has brought to bear his extensive and direct clinical and IT experience in the development of the AxSys range of products. He was Consultant in Anaesthesia with a special interest in Information Technology at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, NHS Trust from 1989 to 1993. In 1994 he joined HCI International Medical Centre, Clydebank, Glasgow, as Consultant in Anaesthesia. He went on to become Chairman of the Department of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care at HCI International Medical Centre, Clydebank, UK from 1997 to 1999. He was the lead clinician in the implementation of the world's first fully electronic medical record system that went live at HCI International Medical Centre in 1994. In addition, he was responsible for the development and implementation of a telemedicine link between HCI and Dubai (United Arab Emirates).
Pradeep was IM&T (Information Management & Technology) Consultant to Grampian University Hospital's NHS Trust at Foresterhill, Aberdeen, UK during 1998-1999. At this time he was responsible for the development and implementation of a patient centred clinical intranet and repository for clinical information at Grampian University Hospitals Trust.
Pradeep's IT experience goes back to the early 80s when he developed and implemented several clinical applications including a comprehensive clinical information system for management of patients in the Intensive Care Unit at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
Pradeep has achieved international recognition for his expertise in the field of clinical IT with numerous scientific papers, presentations and reviews to his name, and has chaired IT sessions at various international scientific meetings. He was Chairman of the UK Society for Computing & Technology in Anesthesia (SCATA) from 1996 to 1999 and is on the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Clinical Monitoring and Computing.

Dr. Anjali Ramayya MBBS MRCPsych, Product Development Director of the AxSys group, brings years of clinical and research experience to bear in her role in shaping the development of AxSys software applications from a clinician's perspective. Her experience of working within multidisciplinary environments ensures the development of a healthcare record with the patient at its centre and the involvement of all disciplines.
At AxSys, Anjali is responsible for planning & monitoring developmental activities within the company. Her role involves defining, determining and prioritizing development schedules and an intimate knowledge of all aspects of the development projects in hand. Anjali and her team work closely with clients to understand their work processes, both pre and post sales, define their requirements and ensure production of relevant documentation. The development team then ensures the development and delivery of tailored clinical modules using the toolset within Excelicare. She is also actively involved in end user training.

Dr Ramesh Ramayya is a very experienced practising Urologist who brings his extensive clinical and management expertise to the smooth running of AxSys HealthTech in India. He interacts with the development team at AxSys HealthTech to provide them with a clinical perspective and also ensures the clinical relevance of development activity within the clinical devices division.
